We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG).
What we collect: when you place an order or book a table we store your name, phone number, email address and — for deliveries — your address. Payment is handled at the restaurant or on delivery; we do not store card data.
Why: to prepare and deliver your order, to confirm your reservation, and to contact you about the status of your order (by email and, if you agree, WhatsApp).
How long: order data is kept for 10 years because Swiss accounting law requires it. Reservations and contact messages are deleted after 12 months.
Who else sees it: nobody outside the restaurant, except our email provider (for sending confirmations) and Meta (only if WhatsApp notifications are enabled).
Your rights: you may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to hello@mochisushi.ch.
Cookies: we only use a session cookie that keeps your shopping cart. No tracking or advertising cookies.
