1. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Dine-in orders are taxed at the standard rate (8.1%), take-away and delivery at the reduced rate (2.6%).
2. Orders
An order becomes binding once we confirm it by email or phone. We may refuse an order (for example if a dish has sold out or the delivery address lies outside our delivery area).
3. Delivery
We deliver only to the postcodes listed at checkout, during our opening hours, and from a minimum order value. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation
As food is prepared fresh to order, an order can only be cancelled before we start preparing it. Please call us. Table reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the reserved time.
5. Allergies
Allergen information for every dish is shown on our website. Our kitchen handles fish, gluten, soy, sesame and other allergens; we cannot guarantee that a dish is entirely free of traces. Please tell us about any allergy when ordering.
6. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
